Undergraduate Programs

The Center does not offer undergraduate programs. Instead, a course list that includes Southeast Asia undergraduate courses is available.

The Department of Asian Languages and Cultures, however, offers an undergraduate concentration in Asian Studies with five major tracks, which includes Southeast Asian Studies. Undergraduates are encouraged to consult departmental advisors about appropriate electives, about introducing an Asian component into a concentration plan focused in another department, as well as about developing a play of study leading to a concentration in Asian Studies.

The center is committed to promoting a broader and deeper understanding of Southeast Asia and its peoples, cultures, and historiesby providing resources for faculty, students and the community to learn and disseminate knowledge about the region.
